To reduce the cycle time in the Production Order confirmation process and errorless execution.

- Root Cause Analysis (RCA) led to the following understanding: Huge numbers of process orders were being created in a single month, including some semi-finished and finished goods resulting in tearing job orders. There was a need to call and confirmsuch process orders.
Outcome:
Data-Core developed an advanced program to confirm all process orders by a single order. It is running successfully with satisfaction.Objective:
Reduce the average Resolution Cycle time for Security Incidents.
Solution:
- Problem Management initiated
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA) led to the following revelation:
- Average Cycle time was 4.7 days (2017)
- Goal was set to reduce to 3 days
