Who is the client?

Since the 1950s, our client has been producing tools that help reduce the impact of X-ray energy.

What was the need of Client?

Our client was revamping their current Community site into Salesforce Lightning Based Community which would serve more than 20,000 users across the globe in 9 international languages.

Services Performed by Data-Core:

The partner users help the company sell their Oncology Diagnostic machines used to treat Cancer patients. Partners across the globe need to have the option to change the language of the site to their own local language.The functionality of the project was to:

• Provide facility to register new partner users
• Help partner users solve their issues
• Set up events and meetings
• Add sales approval automation for sales process
  • Regional heads need to approve selling of products outside of their assigned regions. The sales cycle starts with creating a quote and eventually placing orders. The approval automation process depends on product categories and who the approvers are who need to take action. There is a hierarchy of approvers in this process that needs to be followed to get final approvals.
• Set up Sales process functionality for providing discounts, renewals and approvals
