Challenges Faced

Develop an AI model capable of detecting multiple rice diseases from leaf images, including bacterial blight, blast, brown spot, Tungro.  

  • The model must be retrainable to support the inclusion of new diseases over time.
  • Design and deliver an API that allows the client to interact with the trained AI model for real-time disease prediction.

Our Solution

  • A web portal will accept the leaf images of rice crops as input.
  • This image will be provided to the AI engine running the backend via API.
  • The model will use the input image to predict a disease.
  • The predicted disease will again pass through the API and will be shown to the user.
