Established in 1930, it was built with the objective to make train travel accessible to all in Europe. The highly skilled team comprising of rail experts have been providing technology solution services to over 15,000 travel professionals in approximately 70 countries. The company also sells almost 2.5 million European train tickets through its train booking site and app which is accessible worldwide.

The client had implemented a high-performance, next generation distribution system using J2EE technologies. Now its objectives were to enhance user experiences and improve performance, reducing booking time of its call center agents and offering core technological services to its customers.
